摘要
抚顺东露天矿采用电铲-电铁为主、电铲-采矿汽车为辅的生产工艺。随着时代的发展,电铁开采工艺并没有得到大的发展,设备基本没有更新,致使现在存在劳动强度大,招工难,生产人数多,生产成本高等弊端。特别是排土环节存在突出问题。针对这种情况,提出了工艺改造的方案。
Fushun East Open-pit Mine adopts the production process of shovel-electric iron as primary, shovel-mining car as supplemented. With the development of mine, electric iron mining technology has not been greatly developed, the basic equipment is not updated, which cause large labor intensity, recruitment difficulties, production number, production cost higher. In particular,there are outstanding problems in soil drainage. In view of this situation, this article puts forward the scheme of technological transformation.
