摘要
针对冲压件成形的复杂性以及在冲压过程中容易产生的冲压件的质量问题和模具的强度问题,通过LS-DYNA软件,以汽车冲压件前门外板作为研究对象,通过建立板料及冲压模具的有限元模型,成功模拟了前门外板的整个成形过程,最终得到模具的应力图、位移变形图,能简单直观地反映模具在冲压过程中的风险部位。同时,通过与现阶段普遍采用的ABAQUS软件分析结果进行对比,并将对比结果与实际冲压过程模具磨损情况进行比较,结果表明:基于LS-DYNA软件的分析方法的预测精度更高。
Aiming at the complexity of automotive stamping parts forming, and many quality problems of stamping parts and die that frequently occurred during practical stamping processes, taking the front door outer plate as example, the finite element models of the sheet and stamping die were established, and the forming processing of the part was simulated by using LS-DYNA software. The stress, stain diagrams of the die were gotten. The stress, stain diagrams of the die can simply reflect the risk parts in the stamping process. At the same time, comparing them with the results by using ABAQUS software, then comparing the comparison with the practical stamping processes, the results show that the prediction accuracy of the die strength based on LS-DYNA is higher.
