摘要
[目的]探讨以护理岗位管理为基础,实施护理人员绩效考核的做法与成效。[方法]通过专家会议法,确定各级护士的准入标准、工作内容及能级系数,建立护理岗位管理模型和绩效考核系统,并依托信息化平台实施绩效考核。[结果]新的考核模式实施后,医生对护士的满意度由80.6%提升至96.9%,病人满意度由96.2%提升至99.4%,护士对绩效考核满意度由81.8%提升至96.9%,护士离职率由9.68%下降到6.27%。[结论]科学、全面的岗位管理,公平、客观的绩效考核有助于稳定护理队伍,激发护士的工作积极性,提高护理管理效率,从而促进护理质量的持续提升。
Objective:To probe into the practice and effect of nursing staff performance evaluation on the basis of nursing post - management. Methods. Through the expert meeting method, it determined the level of access standards,work content and energy levels of nurses at all levels, established nursing post management model and performance evaluation system, and relied on the information platform for performance evaluation. Results. After the implementation of the new mode of examination,doctors satisfaction to nurses increased from 80.6 % to 96.9% ,patient satisfaction increased from 96.2% to 99.4% ,the nurse performance appraisal satisfaction increased from 81.8% to 96.9% ,the turnover rate of nurses decreased from 9.68% to 6. ?7%. Conclusions. Scientific and comprehensive job management, fair and objective performance evaluation would help to stabilize the nursing team, stimulate the enthusiasm of nurses,improve the efficiency of nursing management, so as to pro- mote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
