摘要 为提高变电站开关分合故障的及时发现处理能力,研究一套远程变电站开关分合识别系统。在变电站开关柜上安装嵌入式识别装置,通过摄像头对采集到的开关设备图片进行预处理,利用简化的SURF算法求出待测图像,与存储在SD卡里的模板图像进行特性检测,通过粗匹配方式判断开关分合状态。若发现开关故障,利用GPRS将开关监视图像与故障信息端到端传输到监控室进行精匹配校验。可提升变电站无人值守质量品质,提高安全监管效能。 In order to improve the ability of timely detection and treatment of substation switch division faults, a remote sub- station switch identification system was studied.Installing the embedded identification device in the substation switch cabinet,the collected switch equipment images by the camera were processed.Using the simplified SURF algorithm to calculate the image to be measured and the template picture was characteristic tested stored in the SD card, the switch off state was judged by coarse matching.The GPRS was used to transfer the switch monitoring image and the fault information to the monitoring room to make the precise matching check if the switch fanh.This system can improve the quality of unattended substation and the efficiency of safety supervision.
