摘要
目的:探讨新形势下持续质量改进在检验科设备管理中的应用效果分析。方法:将新形势下持续质量改进应用于检验科设备的管理工作中,采用改进和控制模式制定出解决方案,实施流程改进,分别评估和比较各科室和患者对检验科检验前后的结果满意度以及各项检验标本不达标率。结果:管理后,各科室和患者对检验科检验结果满意度明显更优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,实施管理后的健康体检标本不达标率、门诊患者的标本不达标率及住院患者的标本不达标率明显低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新形势下持续质量改进可以提高检验样本的合格率,同时提高了医务人员以及患者的满意度,对临床检验的质量控制具有重要意义,因而值得临床中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in the management of laboratory equipment under the new situation.Methods:The continuous quality improvement under new situation is applied to the management of laboratory equipment,and develop solution program byimproved and control model.To assess and compare the various departments and patients before and after the examination of the results and the compliance rate of test specimens respectively.Results:After management,the satisfaction degree of all departments and patients was significantly better than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).At the same time,the implementation of the management of physical examination specimens,the compliance rate of the health examination specimens and outpatients were significantly higher than that before the management,with significantly statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The improvement of continuous quality in the new situation can improve the passing rate of the test sample,and improve the satisfaction of the medical staff and the patient.It is of great significance to the quality control of the clinical examination and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
