摘要
作为教师专业发展的重要途径,名师工作室在各地迅速发展.如何使中学数学学科名师工作室高效运行,有许多值得探究的问题.首先考察了山东省名师工作室建设和运行的现状,指出目前已有的两种运行模式的不足,在此基础上,提出了融合实体工作室和网络工作室为一体的新型名师工作室运作模式.最后,以“威海市孙晓俊名师工作室”为例,从实践的角度探讨了新型工作室的建设策略并介绍了相应的运行效果.
Top teacher's studio, as an important medium of teachers' professional development, had sprung up rapidly in China. However, there remain certain issues about how to keep the top math teacher's studio under the sound operation. Based on the survey of the construction and operation of top teacher's studios in Shandong Province, the present paper pointed out the two deficiencies of the existing operation models and advocates for the blending model of top teacher's studio which best combines the solid and virtual forms. Exemplified by "Top Teacher Sun Xiaojun's Studio in Weihai", the paper also explores the strategies on how to construct such a blending model from the practical perspective and demonstrates its operational effects.
