摘要
"一带一路"战略构想具有划时代的意义,其建设及可持续发展以语言沟通为先导。为使语言能更好地适应"一带一路"建设的需求,我们应把语言建设纳入"一带一路"建设整体规划之中,在语种学习与使用、语言资源创新规划、语言人才储备等方面加强建设。还要着力打造属于自己说的、体现中国特色的、蕴含中国元素的语言理论话语体系,形成话语的国际竞争力。同时,也要从语用层面探索语言的语用策略,并制定相应的语言服务规划和服务体系,用以指导"一带一路"外宣实践,最终提升语言的应用能力,更好地为"一带一路"建设服务。
"the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road", a great initiative, is short for "the Belt and Road", or "B&R" . Its building and development is based on language communication. To meet the language demand of "B&R" , language building should be included in the whole plan of developing "B&R", including learning and using of various languages, plan- ning of language resources, preparing of language talents, to enhance the improvement of language competence and service. Further- more, Chinese academic discourse system should be established, embodying Chinese characteritics, containing Chinese ehnents. Be- sides, the coresponding plan of language service and service system needs to be made in terms of the design of language application and discourse strategy. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to explore the pragmatic strategy of language use from the perspective of pragmatic to direct the practice of international publicity. The final purpose is to improve language competence to provide better service for the de- velopment of "B&R".
