摘要
基于Sperber&Wilson提出的认知语境及其相关理论,分析大学英语新闻听力教学现状和所存在的问题,提出认知语境对大学英语新闻听力教学策略,即培养语境意识,构建新的认知语境和寻求认知语境下的最佳关联。这一研究不仅加深了学生对认知语境的理解,也帮助学生有效地提高英语听力水平。
Based on Sperber & Wilson's cognitive context and its related theory, the current situation and existing problems of college English news listening teaching were analyzed. And the teaching strategies of college English news listening under the notion of cognitive context were proposed, such as developing the contextual awareness; establishing new cognitive context; and seeking the optimal relevance under cognitive context. The findings can not only deepen students' understanding of cognitive context and also help them improve their English listening effectively.
