摘要
随着新高考改革的全面推开,综合素质评价的"落地"已是大势所趋。调研发现,综合素质评价在"落地"过程中存在诸多普遍性和共时性问题,并集中表现为几对矛盾关系,主要包括:在运行机制上,应处理好"事务性"工作与"常态性"教育活动的关系;在承担主体上,应处理好学生为主与教师为辅的关系;在结果使用上,应处理好服务高校招生与指导学生发展的关系;在区域推进上,应处理好行政协调统管与学校自主探索的关系等。澄清并正确处理这些关系对综合素质评价的"落地"有着重要意义。
With the all-round spread of college entrance examination reform, the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation has been an irresistible trend. We found there are many general and synchronic problems in the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation, it focus on several contradiction: In the evaluation operating mechanism, how to handle the relation of "affair" work or a "normality" educational activity; In the evaluation subject, how to handle the relation of students as primarily and teachers as auxiliary; In the evaluation result, how to handle the relationship of serving the colleges enrollment and guiding the students development;In the evaluation regional promotion, how to handle the relation of the unified management of administrative department and schools' independent exploration. It is a great significance for the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation by clarifying these problems.
