摘要 随着科技的发展,薄膜晶体管液晶显示器广受大众的好评,但目前广泛运用的非晶硅薄膜晶体管却因迁移率低致使其阻碍了行业的发展。为解决此问题而引进的多晶硅、金属氧化物等材质,虽一定程度上解决了此问题,但仍有其运用的不足。为改善此状况,文章分析了薄膜晶体管液晶显示器及其发展的现状,以期为探求适应市场的新科技材料的应用与开发提供一定依据。 With the development of science and technology, the application of TFT-LCD is widely accepted by the public. But the amorphous silicon thin film transistor which is widely used has hindered the development of the industry because of its low mobility. In order to solve this problem, polysilicon, metal oxide material are introduced, which to a certain extent has solved this problem. But there is still deficiency in its use. In order to improve this situation, this paper analyzes the TFT-LCD and the present situation of its development, in order to explore the application and development of new technology materials which adapt to the market.
