摘要 螺杆压缩机壳体作为压缩机的重要组成部件,在压缩机运行过程中,起到承受内压的作用,同时壳体也是结构振动传递的主体部件。因此,螺杆压缩机壳体需满足强度设计合格,刚度设计合理,不发生共振等要求。采用有限元分析的方法,应用通用有限元软件ANSYS,完成了某型号半封闭双螺杆制冷压缩机的壳体结构模态分析与强度分析,并根据分析结果,进行了结构优化,以确保该型号压缩机壳体结构设计合理。 As an important part of screw compressor, the casing plays a role of not only bearing the internal pressure but also deliver-ing structural vibration in operation. Therefore, it should meet proper intensity and rigidity requirements and does not incur reso-nance. This paper takes modal and intensity analysis to the casing of some semi-hermetic dual-screw compressor by finite element analysis software ANSYS and then optimizes the casing structure based on the analysis results, so as to make sure the structural de-sign of the casing is proper and optimized.
