摘要
因子分析法作为多元统计中应用最为频繁的方法,其优势是能够构建不依赖于专家判断的客观赋权而实现多指标综合评价,以2015~2016年8家典型矿业企业为研究样本,从利益相关者的视角出发选取了经济、法律、伦理、慈善等4个指标14个定量指标构建了社会责任评价指标体系,并采用SPSS17.0软件对各项指标进行了因子分析,结果显示,矿业企业SR水平影响因子依顺位排序为:经济因子、法律因子、伦理因子、慈善因子,且不同企业因管理及责任意识等因素影响,各个指标评价结构存在一定差异性,这为企业可持续发展与社会责任的有效对接提供了理论参考。
The factor analysis method,as multiple statistics in the application,can build a system independent of experts judge of objective assigned right to achieve more index integrated evaluation. In 2015-2016,we took 8typical mining enterprise for research examples,from the interests related to perspective selection,including economic,legal,ethics and Charity. 14 of quantitative index has social responsibility evaluation index system to be used in SPSS 17. 0 software on the index for factor analysis. The results show that mining enterprise in SR level effect factor reads as follows: economic factor,legal factor,ethics factor,charity factor. Different enterprises for management and the responsibility consciousness,including factors effect,all index evaluation structure will be in differences relations, as provides a theory reference for enterprises in sustainable development and social responsibility.
