摘要 开发了一种适应1 000m水深的海洋钻井隔水管浮筒。分析了设计需考虑的因素,创新开发了浮筒主体胚料模块化成型,柔性装夹加工技术,组合涂层技术等关键技术。强度试验和碰撞试验研究结果表明,开发的浮筒满足额定水深耐压要求,吸水率和浮力系数满足设计要求,抗冲击性和耐磨性能优于同级别国外产品。国产化的浮筒产品具有强度高、密度低、吸水率低、防腐性能好等特点,产品性能较优,市场应用前景广阔。提出了浮筒进一步发展的研究建议,对产品开发经验和市场应用前景等方面进行了总结。 A marine drilling riser buoyancy was developed to apply in 1000-meter.The design consideration was carefully analyzed to develop the innovation of buoyancy modular body sheet metal forming,flexible clamping processing technology,and key technology such as composite coating technology.And strength test and impact test results show that the development of the buoyancy meets the demand of rated the depth of the water pressure,bibulous rate and buoyancy factor meet the design requirements,impact resistance and wear resistance is superior to the same level of foreign products.Nationalization of the buoyancy product has high strength,low density,low bibulous rate,good anti-corrosion performance,and a better product performance,which filled up the domestic gap in this field,has broad application prospect in the market.Some suggestions were put forward for the further development of the buoy research,and the experience was summarized in product development and market prospect of application.
