电机电流解耦算法对永磁同步电机参数鲁棒性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 详细分析了电压前馈补偿解耦、内模解耦和偏差解耦3种电流解耦方法的原理和优缺点后,提出了对3种方法的解耦效果对电机参数鲁棒性的理论分析;通过设计实验得出转速突变过程中电感的变化规律,在Matlab Simulink仿真环境下有针对性的比较其解耦效果的优劣及其对电机参数的鲁棒性,仿真结果表明偏差解耦是更好的解耦办法。最后在本研究所内基于FPGA+DSP的伺服驱动器平台上对偏差解耦算法进行了实验验证,结果表明,偏差解耦可以显著改善转速突变过程中d轴电流的波动和q轴电流的漂移现象。 After the principles,advantages and disadvantages of the following three kinds of the current decoupling methods:voltage feed-forward compensation decoupling,internal model decoupling and deviation decoupling,are analyzed in detail,the theoretical analysis on the decoupling effect of the three methods on the robustness of the motor parameters is proposed.Through the designed experiments,the variation law of inductance during the sudden change of speed is obtained.In the Matlab Simulink simulation environment,the performance of the decoupling effect and its robustness to the motor parameters are compared.The simulation results show that the deviation decoupling is a better decoupling method.Finally,the deviation decoupling algorithm is experimentally validated on the basis of an FPGA+DSP servo drive platform.The results show that the deviation decoupling can significantly improve the fluctuation of the d axis current and the drift of the q axis current during the sudden change of rotation speed.
