校企共建共享生产性实训基地的价值考量与理性实践——以苏州工业园区智能制造产学研基地为例 被引量:4

摘要 校企共建共享生产性实训基地,是新形势下职业院校推进工学结合人才培养模式的重要举措。本文解析了校企共建共享生产性实训基地的内涵,分析了校企共建共享生产性实训基地的价值功能,并从积极搭建政行企校合作共享平台、科学构建共建共享生产性实训基地组织架构与运营模式、努力探索校企融通的师资聘用与考核机制、致力打造产教融合工学结合的人才培养模式、充分发挥共建共享生产性实训基地的公共服务功能等五个方面介绍了苏州工业园区智能制造产学研基地的探索实践。 School-enterprise co-constructing and sharing productive training bases is an important measure for the vocational colleges to promote the mode of combining work with study to train talents under the new situation. This paper analyzes the connotation and value of the school-enterprise co- constructed and sharing productive training bases, and introduces the explorative practice of the intelligent manufacturing research in Suzhou Industrial Park from the following five aspects: actively constructing the administration -school -enterprise cooperation and sharing platform, scientifically constructing the organizational structure and operation mode of school-enterprise cooperation and sharing productive training bases, exploring the school-enterprise integrated teaching faculty recruitment and assessment mechanism, constructing the talent training mode with production and teaching integration, and giving full play to the public service functions of the training bases.
