职业院校教师现代信息化教育教学能力提升缓慢的原因及对策

摘要 职业院校教师现代信息化教育教学能力提升缓慢,有其理念落后、行动迟缓、生搬硬套等内因,也有学校现代信息化基础设施简陋、制度不力、引导督促不够等外因。提升职业院校教师现代信息化教育教学能力,教师需更新理念、扎根于课堂教学、注重反思与研究、践行终身学习;学校应营造良好信息化氛围,采取培训、服务、引领创新等有力措施。 The slow improvement of vocational school teachers' modem information education teaching ability has its internal causes such as backward concepts, slowness in taking actions and blind application and imitation; meanwhile, it also has the external causes such as the poor infrastructure of modem information technology, ineffective systems, insufficient guiding and supervision. Enhancing the vocational college teachers' modern information teaching ability requires the teachers to update the concepts, take root in the classroom teaching, focus on the reflection and research, and practice lifelong learning. The colleges should create a good atmosphere for information technology and take effective measures in training, service and guided innovation.
