应用临床路径对首次住院精神分裂症患者的健康教育效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察首次住院精神分裂症患者健康教育中应用临床路径的效果。方法:选择于2016年1-12月在笔者所在医院中首次住院的精神分裂症患者86例,随机抽取43例作为观察组,健康教育中应用临床路径,另43例作为对照组,给予常规健康教育,观察教育效果。结果:观察组患者依从性、健康知识得分、患者及家属满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:首次住院精神分裂症患者健康教育中应用临床路径,有利于提升患者依从性,提高患者对健康知识的掌握程度,并提高患者及家属对健康教育的满意程度。 Objective: To observe health education effect of clinical pathway applied to the first hospitalized schizophrenic patients.Method: From January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital 86 cases of schizophrenia patients for the first time were selected, 43 patients as observation group randomly, application of clinical pathway in health education, the other 43 cases as control group, given routine health education.Observe the education effect.Result: The satisfaction, compliance, heahh knowledge scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistically significant difference(P〈O.05). Conclusion: For the first time in the hospital health education for patients with schizophrenia after application of clinical pathway, is helpful to improve patients compliance, improve patients' mastery of health knowledge level , the health education and improve the patlent and family satisfaction.
