摘要
特种经济动物养殖课程强调特种养殖过程中高投入、高产出和高效益的特点,但较少提及养殖过程中伴随的高风险,这将对特种养殖课程学习者造成不正确的认识。笔者介绍了在特种经济养殖各个环节中可能存在的风险类型及控制措施。这些环节包括养殖品种选择、场舍选址和设计、日常饲养管理和市场销售等,期望帮助特种经济动物养殖课程教学者和学习者了解科学的养殖风险管理机制,面对养殖风险时具备必要的应急处理能力,降低特种养殖中可能存在的风险。
Special economic animal breeding course emphasizes the characteristics of high output and high efficiency in special breeding process , but rarely mentioned in high risk associated with the breeding process, which will cause the incorrect understanding of learning this courses. This paper discusses the types and risk control measures that may exist in all aspects of special economic breeding process, these aspects include breed selection, farm location and design, daily feeding management and marketing, hoping to help the special economic animal breeding course teachers and learners to understand the risk of breeding scientific management mechanism, lowering the risk that may exist in the special economic animal breeding process.
