摘要
使用不同浓度的化学杀菌剂(乙醇、异丙醇、次氯酸钠、过氧乙酸)对噬菌体P1进行灭活并在3 min内完成其灭活效果的评估。结果显示,除过氧乙酸外,其他3种化学杀菌剂对P1的灭活效果均随着浓度的上升而逐渐加强。100%的异丙醇可使P1存活率瞬间下降到0.3%(减少3.79个对数级)。当次氯酸钠含量达到8×10-4时,P1可完全失活。
Different concentrations of various chemical biocides were used for the inactivation oflactobaciUus virulent phage P1, and the inactivate effect evaulation was finished in 3 rain. Besides peracetic acid, the inactivate effects of the other three biocides were increased with the increasing of biocide concentration. The survival rate of phage P1 in 100% isopropanol was reduced to 0.3% (with 3.79 log decreased) in 3min. When the concentration of sodium hypochlorite reached 8×10^-4, phage P1 can be completely inactivated.
