摘要
随着信息与通讯技术的迅猛发展,知识获取变得更加简便和灵活。灵活学习概念的引入准确地概括了这种形势。灵活学习已然构成了当今时代的学习背景。在此背景下,传统的大学教学在技术、教学法、实施策略和组织体系四个方面受到挑战,以此分析为出发点,大学教师教学发展路径在于:提升教师的数字素养、关注教学法的转变、推进"混合学习"的教学实施策略、加强教师发展的组织保障。
Knowledge acquisition has become more and more convenient and flexible with the rapid development of ICT. The situation is precisely defined with the introduction of the concept Flexible Learning.Flexible learning has already been cast the educational background for nowadays society, which will no doubt raise challenges in technology, methodology, teaching strategy and constitutional system for traditional higher education teaching. Based on the analysis, the paper puts forward advices in considering faculty development in a flexible learning context: to improve digital literacy in university teachers, transform the methodology from teacher-focused to student-focused, to adopt the notion of blended learning in teaching, to enhance the organizational guarantee measures in faculty development institutions.
