摘要
目的探讨跟人、跟班两种门诊护理带教模式对护生综合素质及对带教质量满意度的影响。方法选择68名于我院门诊进行实习的护生为研究对象,根据入科理论考试成绩排名奇偶数分为观察组(34名,采取跟人带教模式)和对照组(34名,采取跟班带教模式),实习结束后对护生的礼仪规范、主动服务意识、专科理论知识、专科操作技能及护生对教学质量的满意度5方面进行评价。结果观察组护生理论考核、操作技能考核成绩及对带教质量满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟人式门诊护理带教模式与跟班式相比,有更优的带教教学效果,能提高护生的综合素质及对带教质量的满意度。
Objective To discuss the effect of two outpatient nursing teaching models("following the teacher" and "following the class") on nursing students' comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction. Methods68 nursing students who were studying in our hospital for clinical practice were enrolled in the study, according to the even numbers of scores ranking of entrance examination, they were divided into the observation group(34 students, taught with "following the teacher" method) and the control group(34 students, taught with "following the class" method), after the internship, five aspects were evaluated in terms of etiquette standards, active service consciousness, specialized theoretical knowledge, specialized operation skills and satisfaction degree of nursing students in teaching quality. Results The satisfaction degree of the nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group in terms of theoretical assessment, operation skills assessment and teaching quality, with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with "following the class" method, the teaching effect of "following the teacher" method is better, it can improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students and the quality of teaching satisfaction.
