摘要
目的探究经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗高龄膀胱肿瘤的效果。方法以来我院就医的67例高龄膀胱肿瘤患者(2012年1月—2016年6月)作为本次研究的观察对象,对67例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中37例患者实施经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗(实验组),30例患者实施传统切除手术治疗(对照组),随访半年,研究对比两组患者的手术时间、失血量及复发率。结果实验组患者失血量为(45.23±23.61)ml,相比对照组明显更少,P<0.05,但组间手术时间对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;随访半年,实验组复发率为10.81%,和对照组6.67%对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗高龄膀胱肿瘤效果较显著,切实可行。
Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor in the treatment of bladder cancer in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 67 patients with advanced bladder cancer（January 2012 to June 2016） treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, 37 patients underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor（experimental group）, and 30 patients underwent conventional resection（control group）, after half of year of follow-up, the operation time, blood loss and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The blood loss of the experimental group was（45.23±23.61） ml, which was significantly less than that of the control group, P〈0.05, however, there was no significant difference between the groups in operation time, P〉0.05, After a follow-up of half of year, the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 10.81%, which was not significantly different from that of the control group 6.67%, P〉0.05. Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor is effective and feasible for the treatment of advanced bladder tumor.
