摘要
管式多相分离技术是水下生产系统的关键组成部分,具有承压能力强、结构紧凑、处理效率高等优势,已逐渐成为深海油气开采中海底处理技术的核心。世界多家石油公司围绕多相管式分离技术展开了一系列研究工作,其中Marlim油田卧式单根盘管式多相分离系统(SSAO系统)得到了成功的工程应用。介绍了SSAO系统的结构组成、相应设备的工作原理及SSAO系统内各主要设备的技术流程资质认证;阐述了该系统的安装技术关键及试运行情况。为国内自主研发管式多相分离技术提供参考。
The pipe multiphase separation technology is the core of the subsea oil and gas processing technology in offshore petroleum development as well as a key composition part of underwater production system because it has strong bearing ability, compact structure and high treating efficiency. Many distinguished and international petroleum companies did some research about pipe multistage separation technology. Marlim SSAO (Marlim Subsea Horizontal Pipe Multiphase Sep- aration System) has been applied to engineering practice successfully. The structural and operat- ing principle of Marlim SSAO is introduced in this paper. Process qualification certification for main equipment in Marlim SSAO is introduced as well. A sound analysis and exposition of crucial installation technology and the running situation are also made, which provides the reference for domestic researchers in independent of the pipe multistage separation technology.
