摘要
以武汉某开发区工业废水处理厂难降解废水为研究对象,基于该厂进水水质特性及现有工艺存在问题进行分析研究,对该废水处理厂提标改造工艺进行优选。确定以再生粉末活性炭浸没式膜分离器(PAC-UF)工艺作为深度处理主体工艺,同时强化废水生物处理、强化除磷,进行废水处理厂提标改造。最终使出水水质能够稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。
To deal with the refractory wastewater received by an industrial wastewater treat- ment plant in a development zone of Wuhan city, upgrading processes were compared and selected based on the influent wastewater^s characteristics and the existing processes problems. The PAC- submerged membrane reactor (PAC-UF) was selected as the main advanced treatment process, combined with enhanced biological wastewater treatment and enhanced the phosphorus removal, to achieve the upgradation of the plant. By using the combined processes, the effluent water quality can meet the Level A standard of Grade 1 in "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant" (GB 18918-2002).
