摘要 组织创新对一个组织乃至整个社会至关重要,其变革型领导则是影响组织创新的关键所在。从变革型领导和组织创新的概念与维度入手,梳理了相关资料,对两者的相互关联乃至影响进行了分析,对主要的中介变量和调节变量予以分类汇总,揭示这些变量产生作用的机理,最后得出研究结论并指出未来研究方向。 Organizational innovation is of vital importance to an organization and even the whole society,and transformational leadership is an important factor that affect organizational innovation. On the basis of the concept and dimensions of organizational innovation,this essay is to review essays that study relationship between transformational leadership and organizational innovation,to simply describe the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership on organizational innovation,to classify and summary the main intermediary variables and moderating variables and to analyse the mechanism of these variables that effect,finally this essay will draw a conclusion and put forward to the future research direction.
