摘要
不同形式的可达性指标所揭示的交通基础设施可达性特征具有差异性,客观地将不同指标进行综合以全面掌握可达性效应,对于科学评估交通基础设施新建的效果具有重要意义。文章综合运用GIS网络分析、Super-DEA、空间变差函数等多种研究方法,从空间相互作用成本和效益出发,选取4种常用可达性指标和本文构建的综合可达性指数分析了厦深高铁开通引起的粤闽沿线地区可达性变化与空间分异特征。结果表明:厦深高铁开通在整体上显著降低广东省城镇出行时间的同时,扩大了福建省城镇空间相互作用潜力与吸引范围;综合可达性指数形成了以珠三角中东部地区为核心,向外围逐渐递减的空间分异特征,广东省综合可达性水平明显优于福建省;厦深高铁的开通促进了区域可达性公平性水平的提升,广东清远、河源、潮州以及韶关部分地区、福建的龙岩、漳州等地综合可达性指数变化有利于可达性空间公平性水平的提高;粤西和闽北地区、核心地域的珠三角东部和中部地区综合可达性指数变化则引起了可达性空间差异的增加。
Different accessibility indicators reveal the differences in the accessibility of the transport infrastructure. It is important to comprehensively grasp the reachability effect by comprehensively grasping the different measures to evaluate the effect of the traffic infrastructure construction scientifically and accurately. In this paper, using GIS network analysis, Super-DEA, spatial variation function and other research methods, from the perspective of spatial interaction costs and benefits, four common accessibility indexes and the comprehensive accessibility index are analyzed. Changes of Spatial Reachability and Its Spatial Differentiation in Areas along the Line Caused by High Speed Rail. The results show that the influence of Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed railway construction on the accessibility is mainly concentrated in the transition zone between Guangdong and Fujian. The high-speed railway construction can significantly reduce the travel time and relative transportation cost of Guangdong Province, and expand the spatial interaction potential and attracting range. The accessibility index of the Pearl River Delta region in the eastern region as the core of the spatial differentiation of the overall Guangdong Province, the overall accessibility level was significantly better than Fujian Province; high-speed rail integrated accessibility index after the spatial differences become smaller, Spatial heterogeneity of the eastern and central Pearl River Delta, and the spatial accessibility of the eastern and central parts of the Pearl River Delta. The spatial variability of accessibility in the eastern and central parts of the Pearl River Delta in western Guangdong and northern Fujian, in some areas, Fujian's Longyan, Zhangzhou and other places comprehensive accessibility index is to promote the accessibility of space to improve the level of fairness.
