摘要
以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出的"以人民为中心的发展思想",深刻表达了中国共产党人坚定的人民立场,高度契合了促进人的全面发展、社会全面进步以及实现民族复兴的根本要求。"以人民为中心的发展思想"克服了西方"人本主义"思想和中国"民本主义"传统的局限,即人本主义的核心是抽象的个人,因而难以遏止地滑向个人主义或极端个人主义;民本主义的"民"实质是无主体性的庶民,因而最终民众必然是被支配的对象,沦为山头分立的受害者。"以人民为中心的发展思想"根基于唯物史观基本原理,又因其与党的领导的一致性,使之克服了人本主义、民本主义缺失社会发展战略考量脱离实际的抽象、缺乏社会整体责任意识的散沙与分立等缺陷,使"以人民为中心的发展思想"具有立场的鲜明性、现实的针对性、布局的系统性、行动指导的具体性,对经济社会发展有着现实的指导意义,是中国化马克思主义的创新发展。
The people centered thought of development put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China( CPC) with Xi Jinping as the core explicates in a profound way the CPC members' sturdy people-oriented standpoint,which highly conforms to the fundamental requirements of all-round human development,comprehensive social progress,and national rejuvenation. This thought overcomes the limitation of Western 'humanism' and the Chinese tradition with 'people as the root,'the former of which takes abstract individual as the core with the inevitable consequence of falling into the trap of individualism or ultra-individualism,while the essence of the people of the latter is the common people without subjectivity who ultimately become the object of domination and victims of power division. This new people centered thought,which is based on the scientific Marxist humanology and tenets of historical materialism,is consistent with the Party leadership. For that reason,it is free of the abstraction of Western humanism and people related doctrine in the Chinese tradition,which both lack general strategy for social development,while in the meantime overcomes the state of dispersion and isolation due to the absence of overall consciousness of social responsibility.Such a people centered thought is therefore characteristic of explicit position,realistic pertinence,systematic arrangement and concrete guidance for action. It provides practical direction for economic and social development and constitutes an innovative development of the sinicized Marxism.
