摘要
目的:为了了解桂郁金种质资源的遗传多样性和亲缘关系。方法:利用SSR分子标记技术对广西12个不同产地的35份桂郁金种质进行分析,并运用NTsys 2.10e软件进行聚类。结果:11条引物扩增得到片段52条,其中35条为多态性片段,多态率达67.31%,遗传相似系数的范围在0.63~1.00之间。结论:广西12个不同产地的桂郁金种质存在着较大的差异,遗传多样性较丰富。该结果可以为桂郁金优良种质资源筛选,良种繁育等研究提供一定的参考依据。
Objective: To understand Curcuma kwangsiensis genetic diversity and genetic relationship of germplasm resources. Methods: Use SSR molecular marker technology for analyzing 35 Curcuma kwangsiensis germplasm from 12 different producing areas in Guangxi and use NTsys 2. 10 e software to carry on the clustering. Results: Eleven primers amplification had 52 fragments,including 35 polymorphism fragments. The polymorphic rate was 67. 31% and the scope of the genetic similarity coefficient was between 0. 63 to 1. 00. Conclusion: Curcuma kwangsiensis from twevle different producing areas in Guangxi have big differences in germplasm and more abundant genetic diversity. The results can be as Curcuma kwangsiensis excellent germplasm screening,well-bred breeding research to provide certain reference basis.
