摘要
目的:探讨和总结中药复方抗氧化机制的用药规律。方法:计算机检索中文科技期刊数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据库中应用抗氧化机制的中药复方,建立相应数据库,采用频数分析、聚类分析、关联规则对复方中主要药物、药对规律进行分析。结果:应用机制为抗氧化的中药复方(含具体药物)43首,中药出现频次320次,选取记录单味出现频次≥4次的高频药物共27味药中药。对高频药物聚类分析,主要为补益类、化瘀类、利湿类、温里类、泻下类、解表类、收涩类、安神类、开窍类、清热类,检索出中国知网数据库明确对所选文献中符合纳入标准的药物运用Excel表进行收录,后用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行聚类分析。应用IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1软件进行关联分析,共得药对规则14条。结论:应用聚类和关联分析研究机制为抗氧化的中药复方是可行的。
Objective: To study and summarize traditional Chinese medicine compound antioxidant mechanism.Methods: Search Chinese Technology Periodical Database,China Journal Full-Text Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System and Wan Fang database of traditional Chinese medicine compounds by computer to establish a corresponding database,using frequency analysis,clustering analysis and association rules on the main drugs in compound.Results: The mechanism for the oxidation of traditional Chinese medicine compound( including specific drugs) had 43 and the drug frequency was 320 times. Select a total of 27 drugs whos single frequency was four or more. Clustering analysis was for high frequency drugs,mainly including tonifying,resolving blood stasis,eliminating dampness,warming,puring,relieving the exterior,astringent,tranquilizing,opeing the orifices and clearing heat drugs. The standard drugs use in the selected literature were put into the excel table and then use SPSS 22. 0 statistical software for clustering analysis.IBM SPSS Modeler 14. 1 software was used to carry out the correlation analysis. A total of 14 articles about combined medicine were obtained. Conclusion: The application of clustering and correlation analysis for the oxidation research mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound is feasible.
