摘要
以往实验教师培训缺少专业学习平台。从实验教学和实验教师队伍现状出发,利用互联网技术和教师培训成功模式,开发一套适用于实验教师培训的学习系统。利用微软先进的开发环境和工具在.NET平台上构建基于Web的实验教师培训系统,系统功能较为完善。平台以互联网"快速、分享"精神为指导,结合自主探究学习理念帮助实验教师完成系统化培训,有效提高了实验教师培训质量和效率。
