摘要 能源是当今世界面临的巨大难题,石油矿产等资源的不断大量消耗,太阳能作为清洁能源有望得到更多的应用。利用太阳能最主要的方式是用太阳能电池进行光电转化,其中,新型太阳能电池优点很多,清洁、制造成本低、效率高、便于投入应用,已经成为光伏领域的研究热点。简要介绍太阳能电池发展过程,侧重于论述相应的市场行情及面临的问题。主要讨论钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究现状以及研究中面临的问题。 Energy is considered to be a huge problem in the world. Oil and mineral resources continue to be consumed and solar energy as clean energy is expected to get more application. The most important way to use solar energy is carried out by photoelectric conversion with solar cells. The new hybrid perovskite solar cells have become a research hotspots in the field of photovohaic due to their advantages of cleanness, low manufacturing cost, high efficiency and convenient application. The development process of solar cells was briefly introduced, and the market conditions and the key issues affecting the battery development were focused on. The research status and the facing problems of perovskite solar cells were mainly illustrated.
