摘要
测定了广州市华侨糖厂的不同批次的精制白砂糖煮糖中间物料(分别为底料浓缩、中间起晶和最后浓缩3个阶段的母液物料)的紫外可见光吸收曲线,分别采用一元(ULR)、多元(MLR)和逐步(SRA)回归分析,建立煮糖中间物料在紫外可见波段的吸光度值与最终产品色值之间的相关模型及混合模型,并使用这些模型预测产品色值,结果显示精度最好的模型均是混合模型。比较几种回归分析方法所得结果,综合兼顾模型的计算量、相关性大小及预测精度多个因素,最合适的模型为SRA方法的中间起晶阶段的模型C=12.60A220+12.49A300+12.35。利用一元回归分析模型的结果,得到控制好各不同的煮糖中间物料的吸光度值大小,最终产品色值会以95%的置信水平落在小于25 IU的范围内。
In this paper, the UV-visible absorption curves of different batches of refined white granulated sugar intermediate material (the base material concentration, the intermediate crystallization and the final enrichment of three stages of original liquid) were determined. The correlation model and mixed model between the absorbance value of the ultraviolet visible band and the final product color value were established in the ways of Unitary Linear Regression (ULR), Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) and Stepwise Regression Analysis (SRA), the hybrid model had best prediction accuracy when predicting the color values of products using these models. The results of three methods were compared comprehensively, the model of intermediate stage using SRA, C=12.60A22o+12.49A3oo+12.35, was considered to be most appropriate when factors of workload, correlation and prediction accuracy were taken into account. Using the results of the univariate regression analysis model, the absorbance values of the different intermediate materials were obtained. The final product color value would fall within the range of less than 25 IU at 95% confidence level.
