摘要
【目的】香稻中香味的产生是由于水稻第8染色体上面Badh2基因的功能缺失而导致2-乙酰-1-吡咯啉(2AP)前体物质的增多,进而2AP积累使稻米产生香气。【方法】本研究利用Badh2基因开发的7个功能标记,针对豫南地区16份香稻品种进行了检测与分析。【结果】4份香稻品种属于第2外显子突变类型,2份香稻品种属于第4~5外显子突变类型,5份香稻品种属于第7外显子突变类型;并没有发现Badh2基因启动子区及第12~14外显子突变类型的香稻品种。【结论】通过Badh2基因功能标记的检测与分析,本研究鉴定了豫南香稻品种对应的突变类型,为利用分子标记辅助选择培育优质香稻新品种奠定基础。
[ Objective] Fragrance in the rice( Oryza sativa L. ) grains is caused by the loss of function of the Badh2 gene on chromosome 8, which leads to the increase of the precursor substance of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroiline (2AP), and then 2AP accumulated to produce the fragrance in rice. [ Method ] In this study, the seven functional markers of Badh2 gene were used to detect and analyze the 16 fragrant rice varieties in southern Henan province. [ Result] Four fragrant rice varieties were of the exon 2-mutated type, two rice varieties were of exon 4 or 5-muta- ted types, and five fragrant rice varieties were of exon 7-mutated type. However, none of the fragrant rice varieties was found to be of exon 12, 13, 14-mutated type or the promoter-mutated type of the Badh2 gene. [ Conclusion] Through the detection and analysis of functional markers of Badh2 gene, the mutant types of the fragrant rice varieties in southern Henan province were identified, which would provide the important foundation for the selection of new varieties with high quality by using molecular marker assisted selection in rice.
