摘要 基础教育改革与发展的核心力量是教师,高水平师资的培养取决于政府、高校与中小学的协同努力。在借鉴其他高校模式的基础上,结合地方本科院校办学定位与优势以及粤北地区基础教育发展的特点,韶关学院构建了"校地协同、校校融合、四维一体"的教师教育实践模式,体现了地方本科院校"特色教师教育"的发展路径。通过明确定位、搭建平台、创新机制、大数据管理,为区域基础教育的发展作出了积极贡献。 The core competency of basic education in the reform and development of basic education is teachers. The training of high-level competent teachers heavily relies on the concerted efforts of the government, universities, primary and secondary schools. In reference to the modes from other colleges and universities, the practice modes of school-locality, school-school and four dimensional integration" for teachers education are established by Shaoguan University in combination with the school' s running position and edges and the features of basic education in Northern Guangdong. The modes embody the development route of the "unique teachers' education" . By clear positioning, platform setting, innovation mechanism and big data management, Shaoguan University has made a positive contribution to the development of regional basic education.
