摘要
针对新钢钢带在连退炉内出现几个区域跑偏的现象,通过对跑偏机理进行研究,结合炉子的实际情况进行原因分析,得出了控制钢带跑偏的具体措施,改善了跑偏现象,稳定了生产运行。
Running off strip in several regional of continuous annealing furnace is analyzed in Xinyu Steel. The reasons are analyzed through the research on the mechanism of deviation,which combined with the actual situation of the stove. The specific measures to control the running off are got and improved,and stable production and operation are obtained.
