床头角度仪在提高ICU护士抬高床头准确率中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨有效提高ICU护士对机械通气患者床头抬高准确率的方法。方法:根据ICU病区的布局,将一病区的10张床位设为实验组,二病区的10张床位设为对照组。实验组病床使用床头抬高角度仪,对照组采用目测法。由白班、小夜、大夜三个班次不定时检查一次床头抬高角度,1周后比较两组护士床头抬高的准确率。结果:实验组护士对床头抬高30°~45°的准确率为95.7%,对照组为44.6%,差异有统计学意义。结论:使用床头角度仪能有效提高ICU护士对机械通气患者床头抬高30°~45°的准确率。 Objective:To explore the effective methods of improving the accuracy of ICU nurses' bed elevation in patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:According to the layout of ICU ward in our hospital, 10 beds in one ward were set as the experimental group, and the other two cases in the ward area were set as the control group (n= 10). The experimental group using bed head elevation instrument, the control group using visual method. By day, night, night three flights do not regularly check a head elevation, the accurate rate of the two groups one week after head nurse.Results:In the experimental group, the accuracy rate of 30-45 was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of bedside angle instrument can effectively improve the accuracy of ICU nurses in patients with mechanical ventilation of the bed elevation of 30 degrees -45 degrees.
