摘要 18CrNiMo7-6以其良好的力学性能和加工性能,被广泛作为高速重载齿轮领域的材料。18CrNiMo7-6齿轮钢经过渗碳淬火处理后,采用高速磨削工艺及陶瓷CBN砂轮对材料表面进行磨削,使用X射线衍射仪测量其表面残余应力,通过本试验为提高此种材料的表面完整性提供了试验依据。试验中,以单因素试验法研究磨削用量(砂轮线速度、工作台速度和切削深度)对材料表面残余应力的影响。结果表明:砂轮线速度对残余应力的影响最大,工作台速度次之,切削深度影响不明确;垂直于磨削方向的残余应力绝对值大于沿磨削方向。 18CrNiMo7-6 has good mechanical properties and processing performance, widely used as materials in the field of high speed heavy gear. 18CrNiMo7-6 gear steel was carburized, high speed grinding process and ceramic CBN wheel was used to grind the surface of the material, and X-ray diffraction was applied to measure the surface residual stress, which provides?an experiment basis for improving the surface integrity of this material. In this test, single-factor test method was used to study the effects of griuding parameters on residual stress of the material's surface, grinding parameters including wheel speed, table speed and cutting depth. The experimental results showed that wheel speed had the biggest effect on the residual stress, followed by table speed, while the effect of cutting depth is not clear. The absolute value of residual stress perpendicular to the grinding direction is greater than the grinding direction.
