黄曲霉毒素B_1对雄性肉仔鸡的毒害作用及对其肝脏谷胱甘肽硫转移酶活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以7日龄雄性鹿苑鸡为材料,分别在基础日粮中添加黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)1 mg/kg和2 mg/kg,饲养到28日龄,每隔7 d观察肉仔鸡生长情况,并测定肝脏谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)催化底物CDNB(2,4-二硝基氯苯)、DCNB(1,2-二氯-4-硝基苯)、p-NBC(4-硝基氯化苄)的活性,研究AFB,对雄性肉仔鸡肝脏GST活性的影响。结果表明:两个处理组的28日龄肉仔鸡体重及平均日增重(ADG)显著降低,21-28日龄肉仔鸡平均日采食量显著降低,21-28日龄肉仔鸡料重比显著升高。1 mg/kg AFB_1组的21日龄肉仔鸡肝脏中GST催化DCNB活力显著降低。2mg/kg AFB_1组的21日龄肉仔鸡肝脏中GST催化CDNB及DCNB活力显著降低。两个处理组的28日龄肉仔鸡肝脏中GST催化CDNB、DCNB及p-NBC活力极显著降低。本试验表明:饲喂含1 mg/kg AFB_1或2 mg/kg AFB_1的日粮21 d,肉仔鸡的生长会受到抑制,肉仔鸡肝脏谷胱甘肽硫转移酶的活性会降低,且饲喂含AFB_1的日粮时间越长,肉仔鸡肝脏谷胱甘肽硫转移酶活性受到的抑制越明显。 The chicken were reared to 28 days old with the basic diet adding 1 mg/kg and 2 mg/kg AFB1 respectively, taking 7-day-old male Luyuan chicken as materials, and the growth of broilers was observed every 7 d. The effects of AFBi on hepatic glutathione transferase (GST) activity of male broilers were studied by determining the activity of hepatic GST which catalyze substrate CDNB(2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene) , DCNB( 1,2- dichloro-4-nitrobenzene), p-NBC (4-nitro-benzyl chloride). The results showed that in the two treatment groups, the body weight and average daily gain (ADG) of the 28 day old broilers decreased significantly, the average daily feed intake of the 21--28 day old broilers decreased significantly, and the feed conversion ratio of the 21--28 day old broilers increased significantly. The activity of hepatic GST catalyzing DCNB of 21 day old broilers decreased significantly in 1 mg/kg AFB1 group. The activity of hepatic GST catalyzing CDNB and DCNB of 21 day old broilers decreased significantly in 2 mg/kg AFB1 group. The activity of hepatic GST catalyzing CDNB, DCNB and p-NBC of 28 day old broilers decreased significantly in the two treatment groups. So, fed with a diet adding 1 mg/kg or 2 mg/kg AFBl for 21 days, the growth of broilers was inhibited and the hepatic GST activity in broilers decreased. The longer the diet adding AFB1 exposure, the more obvious the inhibition of the hepatic GST of broilers.
