摘要
刹车闸瓦材料摩擦磨损性能的好坏直接影响到高速列车的运行安全。本文在摩擦试验机上测试了自制的铜基粉末列车闸瓦材料在不同刹车压力条件下的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:随着刹车压力增大,摩擦系数和表面温度均呈增大趋势;刹车压力8 MPa以后形成的氧化薄膜起到了润滑作用,使摩擦系数趋于稳定。
The friction and wear properties of brake shoe affect directly the safety operation of high-speed train. The friction and wear characteristics of train brake shoe materials made by powder metallurgy with copper-based powder under brake pressure conditions are tested by using friction testing machine. The results show that the friction coefficient and surface temperature present an increasing trend with the increase of brake pressure obviously. The oxide film formed under 8 MPa brake pressure has lubrication effect, which make the fiiction coefficient stable.
