摘要
通过改变固化剂的加入量,研究了固化剂对磷酸盐自硬砂性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着氧化镁固化剂加入量的增加,型砂可使用时间不断减少,脱模时间不断缩短,随着放置时间的延长,试样的强度逐渐建立,无论固化剂加入量多少,型砂都具有很小的残留强度和发气量。
By changing the addition of magnesium oxide curing agent, the effect of curing agent on the properties of phosphate self-hardening sand was studied. The experimental results show that, with the increase of the addition of curing agent, the available time of sand reduces, demoulding time shorten constantly. With the extension of place time, the strength of the specimen gradually set up. No matter how much the amount of curing agent, the residual strength and gas evolution of sand all is very small.
