摘要
高职"双师型"教师队伍建设是高职院校内部质量保证体系建设的重要内容,高职教育以就业为导向,培养生产、建设、服务、管理一线高技能人才为目标,要求"双师型"教师应兼具职业教育理论教学素质和实践教学素质,能胜任高职教育的培养任务。文章探析了高职教育"双师型"教师专业发展的能力素质要素,提出了"双师型"教师持续发展的发展策略建议。
Higher Vocational Double Position Teachers in higher vocational colleges is the important content of the internal quali-ty assurance system construction, is employment oriented training, production, construction, service and management line of high skilled talents. For the double-position teachers should be with vocational education theory and practice teaching quality and teaching quality the task of trainings and is also qualified for Higher Vocational education. This paper analyzes the ability and quality of the double-position teachers' professional development in higher vocational education, and puts forward some suggestions for the develop-ment of double-position teachers.
