摘要
时下,全国各地陆续推出了在破产案件中采取两家以上中介机构组成联合管理人的模式。本文从利弊两方面对此模式进行分析,认为对破产联合管理人模式应有条件应用且细化规则,以确保破产工作更加效率化和专业化。
Nowadays, there is a model having been adopted across the country that two or more intermediary agencies are designated to be the joint manager in the bankruptcy cases. This paper analyzes the pros and cons of this model, and believes that the bankruptcy joint manager model should be applied under certain preconditions and the regulations should be refined so as to ensure that the bankruptcy work could be more efficient and professional.
