摘要
自从网络普及以来,档案信息资源的合理利用开始向数字化转变。高校人事档案服务作为档案信息资源利用的分支因其特殊性和重要性一直是数字化研究的重点。本文通过对DPSIR模型的研究分析,归纳了驱动力的三种影响因素,并根据这三种驱动力提出相应改进策略和可能产生的影响。
Since the popularization of the network,the rational use of archival information resources tends to be digital.University personnel file service,as an archive information resource utilization branch,has been the focus of digital research because of its particularity and importance.Based on the analysis of DPSIR model,this paper summarizes the three influencing factors of driving force,and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy and possible influence according to these three driving forces.
