摘要
水产品中的氯霉素类药物残留会严重威胁人类健康,由此引发的食品安全问题受到人们的重视。本文对水产品中氯霉素类药物主要检测方法的使用范围、检测灵敏度、优缺点进行分析,同时展望了未来氯霉素类药物残留检测方法的发展趋势,以期为水产品中氯霉素类药物残留的检测提供参考。
The chloramphenicols residues in aquatic products can seriously threaten human health.Food safety issues caused by the chloramphenicol（CAPs）residues have received attention.The range of application,the detection sensitivity,together with advantages and disadvantages of the main detection technology of chloramphenicols residues in aquatic products were widely discussed in this paper.In ad dition,we forecast the trends of the detection technology of chloramphenicols residues for the future,which can provide references for the detection technology of chloramphenicols residues in aquatic products.
