摘要
目的研究超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗萎缩性瘢痕的效果。方法针对性选择2016年2~10月我院皮肤科收治的40例萎缩性瘢痕患者作为研究对象,均实施超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗。观察患者治疗1、3个月后的临床效果、不良反应情况以及ECCA评分和皮肤纹理值。结果治疗1、3个月后分析临床总有效率,分别为75%、95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,治疗后有9例患者出现色素沉着情况,发生率为22.5%。所有患者的ECCA评分和皮肤纹理值均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超脉冲二氧化碳治疗可改善萎缩性瘢痕患者的皮损状况,降低不良反应发生率,临床推广价值较高。
Objective To study the effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 laser in the treatment of atrophic scar.Methods Forty patients with atrophic scar in the Department of Dermatology of our Hospital were enrolled in this study from February to October 2016.The patients were treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 laser.The clinical effects,adverse events,ECCA scores,and skin texture values were observed after 1 month and 3 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 75%and 95% after 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.In addition,after treatment,9 patients with hyperpigmentation,the incidence was 22.5%.At the same time,ECCA score and skin texture value of all patients were significantly lower than those before treatment,the differences were significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide treatment can improve the condition of skin lesions of patients with atrophic scar,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the clinical promotion value is higher.
