摘要 目的探讨磁敏感成像在脑微出血诊断中的应用价值。方法选取本院2016年2月~2017年1月收治的30例脑微出血患者作为研究对象,分别给予磁敏感成像(SWI)及常规序列(T1WI、FLAIR、T2WI)扫描,并将其扫描结果进行对比。结果 SWI的脑微出血检出率为96.67%,高于T1WI、FLAIR、T2WI的10.00%、56.67%、16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SWI的微出血病灶低信号率显著高于T1WI、FLAIR、T2WI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁敏感成像在脑微出血诊断中的应用价值显著,可为临床中制订治疗方案提供有力依据,以此促进患者脑供血平衡,促使机体康复。 Objective To explore the application value of susceptibility-weighted imaging(SWI) in the diagnosis of cerebral microbleeds(CMBs).Methods 30 CMBs patients admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were provided with SWI and regular sequence scannings(T1WI,FLAIR,and T2WI),and the scanning outcomes were compared.Results The detection rate of CMBs by SWI was 96.67%,which was higher than that by T1 WI,FLAIR,and T2WI(10.00%,56.67% and 16.67%),with statistical differences(P〈0.05).The low signal rate of SWI in CMBs was higher than that by regular sequences of T1 WI,FLAIR,and T2 WI,with significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Application value of SWI in the diagnosis of CMBs is remarkable,and provides a strong evidence for determining the therapeutic regimen in clinic in order to promote the balance of cerebral blood supply as well as body recovery.
