摘要
畜禽养殖污水中抗生素残留及抗性基因扩散对公共安全造成的危害日益引起人们的重视,而人工湿地作为最为简便且高效的处理措施在畜禽污水中应用也越加广泛。本文结合近年来人工湿地处理畜禽污水中抗生素及抗性基因的研究,通过对比由不同基质、植物及微生物组成的人工湿地的去除效果,探讨各因素对去除抗生素及抗性基因效率的影响、作用机制以及人工湿地在去除过程中存在的问题,为今后研究畜禽污水中抗生素及抗性基因的去除提供参考依据。
The antibiotic residues and resistance genes dispersal in livestock and poultry wastewater have received considerable attention in recent years.The constructed wetland,as the most simple and efficient treatment,is widely used in livestock and poultry wastewater.In this paper,the application of constructed wetlands in livestock and poultry wastewater treatment were summarized to discuss removal mechanisms and removal efficiency of antibiotics and resistance genes and the problem in constructed wetlands,by comparing the removal efficiency of constructed wetlands composed of different substrates,plants and microbes,to provide a reference for future researches on removal of antibiotics and resistance genes in livestock wastewater.
