摘要
目的探讨髋关节置换术中快速康复外科护理干预的应用价值。方法 74例行髋关节置换术的患者分为干预组和对照组,各37例。对照组接受常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施快速康复外科护理干预。对比2组患者手术情况、下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率、下床活动时间、住院时间及费用。结果干预组患者术中出血量和术中输血量低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者手术时间和术中输液量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组术后DVT发生率低于对照组,下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间和费用低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理可以降低髋关节置换术后DVT发生风险,促进患者术后康复。
Objective To evaluate the nursing intervention based on fast track surgery( FTS)theory for patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods Totally 74 patients undergoing total hip replacement were assigned to the intervention group and the control group,with 37 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care before and after treatment,and FTS nursing intervention was carried out in the intervention group. The operation conditions,incidence of deep venous thrombosis( DVT) in lower limbs,time to off-bed activity,length of hospital stay and hospitalization cost were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion in intervention group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in transfusion volume and length of operation between two groups( P > 0. 05). Patients in the had a lower incidence of DVT in lower limbs,earlier time to off-bed activity,shorter length of hospital stay and lower hospitalization cost compared with those of patients in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Application of FTS nursing intervention may reduce the risk of DVT and to promote the recovery of patients after total hip replacement.
