摘要
高校是高技术人才培养的摇篮,它承担着科学研究和人才教育的历史使命,而这一使命的完成需要依靠教师的教学创造性和教育积极性。本文通过阐述现代高校中教师激励的现状,提出如何通过各种激励手段培养教师的教育积极性,最后从教师的教育生涯、培训体制和工资报酬这三个方面提出对改革教师激励制度的意见和建议。
With the development of society, people increasingly high demand, the globalization of knowledge economy has become a new topic of the electronic information age. Knowledge is the source of human creativity, the achievements of the exploitation and utilization of natural resources, the development of science and technology and the dynamic update of the development of social capital, the daily life and the development of production the society cannot do without talents. College is a cradle of high-tech talents, it undertakes the mission of revolution in the history of scientific research and education, and the use of the completed need to rely on the teacher's teaching and creative education actively. This paper describes the status of modern university teacher incentive. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to train the teachers' enthusiasm through various means of encouragement.Finally, the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the reform of the teachers' incentive system from three aspects:the teacher's educational career, the training system and the salary.
