摘要
"基础工业工程"课程是一门集理论性、实践性与应用性于一体的工业工程专业基础课程。针对现阶段该课程教学中普遍存在的问题,提出了"学以致用"模式的课程改革,从更新教学理念、优化教学方法和实践手段、培养团队意识、改革考核方式和方法等方面进行了较为深入的研究和实践。结果表明,该课程教学模式可以有效强化学生的应用能力、实践能力、适应能力和创新能力,更好地满足社会对工业工程应用型人才的需求。
Fundamental industrial engineering is a basic course of industrial engineering specialty which integrates theory,practice and application. In view of the problems widely existing in the course teaching, curriculum reform proposing “learning for application” has been carried out together with further research and practice in updating teaching ideas, optimizing teaching methods and practice means, cultivating team con-sciousness, and reforming evaluation methods. The results show that this teaching mode can effectively im-prove studentsr abilities of application, practice, adaptation and innovation, and better meet the social demand for applied industrial engineering talents.
